Demo prospect list · compiled 2026-08-24

69 prospects, grouped by ICP

The initial outreach list: 10 named contacts plus 59 sourced prospects, mapped onto the atlas's ten ICP groups by what the public record supports. What predicts fit: a high portfolio-company count divided by a very small team, plus many small LPs or members who expect reporting.

Emerging micro-VC P0 · 19 prospects

Small institutional pre-seed and seed funds with 1-3 investors and no back office. The wedge segment gets the deepest bench on the list.

Named contacts

★ Spencer Tyson · Fiat Ventures

Verified

Early-stage fintech VC, launched 2021, $25M Fund I, sister growth consultancy Fiat Growth. SF Bay Area. Status: demo scheduled. LinkedIn · fiat.vc

Demo hook, the strongest on the whole list: he spoke at Shift VC on "Upscale Your Workflows: AI Ops for VC." Lead with the AI extraction pipeline, not the UI.

Firm leadership for a multi-thread: Drew Glover, Alex Harris, Marcos Fernandez.

★ Qiana Patterson · NAYAH / Tamaa Capital

Confirm

Managing Partner at NAYAH, Founding Partner at Tamaa Capital, Cap Table Coalition founding IC member, PledgeLA chair, active angel. Los Angeles. SaaS, mobility, edtech, workforce. LinkedIn · site

The Cap Table Coalition angle means many small LPs, which is precisely the reporting pain PostMoney solves.

Tagged family office in the source list, but the public record shows angel and emerging-manager roles only. Ask; it changes the pitch.

★ Josh Haberman · Synthesis Ventures

Verified

Founding Partner. Seed-stage software with selective consumer and hardware. New York. LinkedIn · synthesisventures.co

The entire firm is three founding partners and no back office: the exact firmographic on the micro-VC page. Co-partners: David Mehlman, Jesse Cole.

★ Carmen Palafox · 2045 Ventures

Verified

Founder and GP, pre-seed/seed, 25+ portfolio companies, immigrant/female/underrepresented founders. Los Angeles. c@2045vc.com (published). LinkedIn · 2045vc.com

She scaled investment operations from $75B to $300B AUM at Dimensional. She will evaluate PostMoney as an ops person: show the data model and audit trail.

A Fund II raise could not be confirmed publicly. Treat as own intel; do not lead with it.

Solo GP P0 · 22 prospects

One person, one back office, 25-100+ portfolio companies, and LPs who expect institutional-grade reporting. The largest group on the list.

Named contact

★ Remi Donnelly · Neon

Confirm

Operator and investor building an emergent VC fund; consumer and healthcare. Previously Chief of Staff to the CEO at Capital Factory, overseeing roughly 1,000 portfolio companies. LinkedIn · X

She has personally lived portfolio operations at ~1,000-company scale. She will understand the product in thirty seconds.

Confirm two things: her LinkedIn renders under a different surname, and "Neon" is ambiguous (unrelated funds in Seattle and Bengaluru).

Boutique seed firm P0 · 2 prospects

NameFirm and roleLocationWhy they fitConf.
Charles HudsonPrecursor Ventures, Founder and Managing PartnerSan FranciscoFund V, $66M. Pure pre-seed, so a very high portfolio count by design; a fifth fund means mature LP reporting expectations.Verified
Ryan Falvey + Tyler Griffin (search by name)Restive Ventures, General PartnersSF Bay Area$45M Fund III, AI-native fintech. A third fund means reporting expectations already in place.Secondary

The boutique bench is thin because the source list skewed toward angels, communities, and emerging managers. The boutique deep-dive names Susa, Eniac, Bowery, and Haystack as the profile to source next; every channel pencils at this ICP's $4,784 CAC ceiling.

Family office P1 · 6 prospects

The hardest category to source by name: family offices deliberately keep principals off the public web, which itself evidences this ICP's Reach 2 score.

Named contacts

★ Joanna Benadrete · family office

Verified

Leads the social impact arm of her own family office; Venture Partner at Social Impact Capital; Portfolio Manager at Endeavor; angel since 2020. NYC. Speaker at The New York Family Office Conference. LinkedIn · profile

Three portfolios, three reporting formats, three sets of stakeholders. That is the consolidation pitch, delivered by her own calendar.

★ Shantal Kash · Camelot BioCapital

Confirm

Relationship Manager: leads investor engagement and portfolio company communications across biotech, healthtech, longevity. New York. LinkedIn · camelotbiocapital.com

Her literal job description is investor engagement plus company communications. That IS PostMoney. Of everyone on the list she has the most direct daily pain: do not bury the LP-update workflow.

Tagged family office in the source list, but her public role is investor relations at a biotech investment firm.

Angel syndicate and angel groups P1 · 18 prospects

Investor communities and angel groups carry both problems at once: dozens-to-hundreds of portfolio companies AND hundreds of members expecting updates. The source list rated this the highest-fit tier, one notch hotter than the atlas's P1 call; one closed community can bring a hundred users.

Named contacts

★ Emma Pratt · Girl Math Capital

Verified

Co-founder; leads education, deal flow, community strategy. 200+ member women's investment community, $325k+ deployed into 24 companies, first SPV $115k. New York. girlmath.capital (LinkedIn slug inferred: verify)

24 portfolio companies and 200 members who all expect to hear how their money is doing, run by a small team on SPVs. The highest reporting-burden-per-headcount ratio among the named contacts.

★ Neal Bloom · Interlock Capital

Verified

Co-founder and Managing Partner; syndicate plus fund; $3.6M into 17 companies in 17 months; investors from $1,000 to $100,000 per deal. San Diego. LinkedIn · interlock.capital

A syndicate whose thesis is democratized access has, by construction, the widest and least sophisticated LP base in venture. They need clean automated updates far more than a fund with ten institutional LPs.

★ Jess Schram · Remedy Product Studio

Confirm

Partner, Investments and Incubations. Equity-for-service product studio. Ex-14W, Lerer Hippeau, Swiftarc; Techstars mentor and venture scout. New York. LinkedIn · writes here

Under equity-for-service the portfolio is also the client list. Tracking company progress is doubly load-bearing: an investment return and a delivery record.

Tagged CVC in the source list, but Remedy is a product studio taking equity for building product, not a corporate venture arm. Grouped here accordingly.

Sequencing

The four-week outreach order

1

Week 1: the ones whose day job is the product

Shantal Kash (investor engagement plus portfolio comms is literally her title), Spencer Tyson (already publicly discussing AI ops for VC), Laura Beken (TCA portfolio and syndication director), Jodi Collier (Launchpad ED).

2

Week 2: highest portfolio-to-headcount ratio

Jenny Fielding (300+ investments), Zal Bilimoria (solo GP across five funds), Gale Wilkinson (150+ companies plus 450 members), Charles Hudson (Fund V, pure pre-seed), Arlan Hamilton (170+ companies on ~$15M, confirm leadership first).

3

Week 3: communities where one yes brings a hundred users

Elizabeth Yin / Angel Squad (~2,000 members), Trish Costello / Portfolia (~2,000 LPs), Emma Pratt / Girl Math (200 members), Neal Bloom plus Al Bsharah / Interlock, Natalia Oberti Noguera / Pipeline Angels.

4

Week 4: Fund I managers building their stack right now

No incumbent tooling to displace, the cheapest sale on the list: Meridian Ventures ($35M Fund I), Top Down Ventures ($28M Fund I), Mother Ventures ($10M Fund I), Carmen Palafox / 2045 Ventures.

Caveats

Read before writing a single email

One prospect is also a competitor. Christopher Mirabile of Launchpad co-founded Seraf (seraf-investor.com), a portfolio management product for angel investors, the same low-price rival anchored on the solo GP page. He is either the most informed prospect on this list or a direct rival. Decide whether that conversation is a sale or a partnership before booking it.

A fabricated source was discarded. A page titled "The 20 Most Active US Angel Groups in America, Q1 2026" on angelinvestorsnetwork.com listed plausible-sounding entries with precise-looking deal counts, none of which check out against the real ecosystem. It reads as AI-generated SEO filler. Nothing from it is in this list.

  • Two numbers to confirm before quoting them back: Summit Peak's "1,200+ early-stage investments" and Backstage's "170+ portfolio companies" both come from secondary sources. If either is right it is a remarkable hook, so verify rather than risk being corrected on the call.
  • Three of the ten named contacts carry a tag the public record does not support: Qiana Patterson and Shantal Kash as family office, Jess Schram as CVC. Not necessarily wrong, just unconfirmed, and the category determines the pitch. This page groups them by the public record and flags each.
  • Do not guess LinkedIn slugs. "Search by name" entries are real, verified people without a canonical profile URL from a trusted source. Search the name plus the firm.
  • Every Secondary mark comes from a single credible secondary source (a curated fund list or fund-manager roundup), not the firm's own site.
